Yes, you can reserve a room at Hotel ´t Sonnehuys without using a creditcard. During the booking of your room, you can select your prefered payment method. Here you can select to pay your room directly via bank transfer. If you want to pay the room during check-in at the hotel, we do ask for creditcard details to guarantee your booking. We will not charge the creditcard yet, but will check if it is a valid card.
Yes of course! Please indicate during check-in at the hotel, that you would like to receive an invoice of your stay. We will send the invoice to your e-mail adress after you have checked out at the hotel. We do not provide printed invoices, because we try to operate our hotel as sustainable as possible for the environment.
The Municipality of The Hague demands that every tourist that spends the night in the city, pays €6,20 per person per night. This is Tourism Tax. Scheveningen is part of the Municipality of The Hague. All hotels and other paid accomodations, are obliged to collect this tax with their guests. Children that are younger than 13 years old, do not have to pay tourism tax. Also people that are living in the Municipality of The Hague are exempt from paying tourism tax. In case of doubt, it might be required to prove that a child is under 13 years of age or that a person is living in The Hague.
